Formerly an award-winning gymnast, Dr. Alison Arnold has spent
the last ten years as a Peak Performance consultant for USA
Women's Gymnastics, US Figure Skating, and Olympic gold medal
athletes, as well as Corporate Executives, Corporate Teams
and individuals ready to create the life they were born to live.
